Justin & CJ were supposed to be here between 11 am & 2 pm on Saturday 7/13/2019. I actually expected them around 2 pm, but they were here shortly after 11 am. Their GPS tracking app, worked great. I knew exactly when they would arrive at my home. When they arrived, CJ came in assessed my garbage disposal problems & tried to repair it. But when he could not repair it, he offered a replacement. PERFECT! He replaced my garbage disposal with a like for like product very quickly. He was finished and cleaned up within the hour! Thankfully, a repair service that listens to their customers & fixes the problems in a quick, very efficient & timely manner. We are very happy with S.A.P. Home Repair Services!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As you will read from previous reviews, they do not communicate well at all. The technician apparently arrived at my home according to SAP but made no effort to contact me via phone or text. In turn, SAP charged American Home Shield and/or myself $75 while providing no actual service.read more

We have used SAP several times, thru our home warranty company. Evan, our technician, has been great every time. Always polite and takes the time to explain what the problem is, how they are going to address it and also shares once it has been resolved.
